Welcome to the Faculty Service Center

The National Alliance for Care at Home thanks you for agreeing to serve as faculty for the 2025 National Alliance for Care at Home Annual Meeting & Exposition.  Specific session dates and times will be sent in a couple of weeks, so please maintain flexibility to present during the conference period of Monday, November 3 through Tuesday, November 4.

To support a smooth and successful experience, we’ve created the Faculty Service Center (FSC)—your go-to hub for important information, required tasks, and helpful resources related to your role. We hope you’ll find the FSC intuitive, convenient, and easy to navigate as you prepare for the event. Thank you again for your time, expertise, and commitment to advancing care at home.

Overview

Regenaskin Solutions: Empowering Providers Through Advanced Skin Substitute Support Regenaskin Solutions is a Managed Solutions Organization (MSO) that supports physicians, wound care specialists, and home health teams across the country with one clear focus — advanced skin substitute therapy. We are not a wound care company. We don’t compete with wound care providers — we support them. Our mission is to bridge the gap between clinical expertise and operational success by equipping care teams with the products, education, and processes they need to deliver exceptional outcomes for patients suffering from chronic, non-healing wounds. 🩹 Our Core Competency Regenaskin specializes exclusively in skin substitutes — biologic grafts designed to help chronic wounds heal faster, reduce infection risk, and restore patient quality of life. We proudly partner with over a dozen FDA-approved manufacturers, giving our provider partners the flexibility to choose from multiple tissue options — amniotic, chorionic, acellular dermis, and more — each aligned with payer guidelines and specific wound characteristics. This multi-manufacturer approach ensures that every patient receives the right product for their wound, while every provider maintains compliance, profitability, and freedom of choice. 🤝 How We Partner with Home Health Home health professionals are on the front lines — they see chronic wounds first. Regenaskin collaborates with home health agencies to help connect these patients with qualified local providers who can deliver advanced biologic wound therapies. We work hand-in-hand with nurses, case managers, and administrators to: - Identify chronic wounds early and ensure proper referral. - Coordinate with local physicians to initiate appropriate treatment. - Support providers with documentation and billing processes that align with LCD and Medicare guidelines. - Eliminate barriers that delay care — from product access to reimbursement. We believe that healing starts with connection — and home health is the heartbeat of that connection. 🧭 Our Process Our MSO model is designed to simplify the complexities of wound care billing and compliance, so providers can focus on patient care. We provide: - Clinical Documentation Support: Our wound care nurse specialists (30+ years of experience) review patient notes and ensure medical necessity is clearly documented. - Audit Protection: We proactively review medical records to protect providers from potential clawbacks. - Regenaskin Portal: Our secure cloud-based platform tracks patient progress, documentation, product utilization, and billing status — eliminating manual processes. - No Upfront Costs: We operate on a results-based model. Our success is tied directly to our provider’s success. - Recoupment Protection: Peace of mind for providers who’ve been burned by other companies in the past. 💡 Why Providers Choose Regenaskin We are not a wound care company — we are a wound care ally. - Access to 12+ manufacturers: Ensuring clinical flexibility and payer alignment. - Education-first approach: Helping providers and staff understand documentation and compliance. - Financial transparency: We get paid only when the provider gets reimbursed. - Portal-based process: Efficiency, organization, and accountability — all in one place. - Audit and compliance safeguards: Reducing risk while protecting revenue. ❤️ Our Mission At Regenaskin Solutions, our purpose is to serve the healthcare community by removing administrative and financial barriers that stand between patients and healing. We partner with home health professionals, physicians, and wound care specialists to make advanced biologic therapies more accessible, more compliant, and more successful. Because when we work together — patients heal faster, providers thrive, and the healthcare system works better for everyone.
