Welcome to the Faculty Service Center
The National Alliance for Care at Home thanks you for agreeing to serve as faculty for the 2025 National Alliance for Care at Home Annual Meeting & Exposition. Specific session dates and times will be sent in a couple of weeks, so please maintain flexibility to present during the conference period of Monday, November 3 through Tuesday, November 4.
To support a smooth and successful experience, we’ve created the Faculty Service Center (FSC)—your go-to hub for important information, required tasks, and helpful resources related to your role. We hope you’ll find the FSC intuitive, convenient, and easy to navigate as you prepare for the event. Thank you again for your time, expertise, and commitment to advancing care at home.

Health and Safety Hub
Welcome to the 2025 National Alliance for Care at Home Annual Meeting & Exposition Health and Safety Hub. This page will be updated with information about the Alliance’s plans for health and safety policies.
Health and Safety at the Annual Meeting & Exposition
The Alliance strongly recommends all attendees, exhibitors, and Alliance staff comply with travel guidelines issued by the CDC when traveling to New Orleans, LA. We expect all attendees will think carefully about any risk they may pose to others and to make informed choices about their travel as well as onsite and external engagement.
Before Leaving Home
- Follow relevant guidance provided by the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO), or your local health authority.
- Adhere to government-issued travel restrictions and guidance issued by the region you will be travelling to, and the region you are travelling from.
- Evaluate your own health and that of people you are in close contact with. If you have any symptoms, we ask that you please stay home. Review CDC COVID symptom information. Contact Alliance_Annual@maritz.com. to adjust your registration.
Onsite During the Event
- Currently, based on CDC Guidance masking is not required.
- Frequently wash your hands or utilize hand sanitation stations placed strategically throughout the event space. The venues will provide enhanced cleaning throughout the event space, but it’s up to you to keep your hands clean.
- Attendee/audience seating may be modified to allow for compliance with reduced capacity guidelines, and room sets may be modified to accommodate increased spacing.
- The Alliance will incorporate best practices for on-site networking events. We will offer robust opportunities to engage with your peers and colleagues onsite, if necessary traditional event sessions may be modified to help mitigate risks.
- The Alliance encourages all attendees to use safety practices not only inside the event space but when exploring New Orleans including:
- Keep an eye on your personal items and do not leave them unattended.
- Take off your meeting badge before leaving the event space.
- Be aware of your surroundings. Travel in groups and stay on well-lit and trafficked streets.
Post-Event
- In an abundance of caution, consider working remotely for a few days post-event and testing before returning to in-person team interaction as symptoms may develop later.
Health and safety measures implemented by the Alliance prior to the event are subject to change. Any violations of the Attendee Health and Safety Policy may result in prohibiting entry to the event or removal from the event.
