Welcome to the Faculty Service Center
The National Alliance for Care at Home thanks you for agreeing to serve as faculty for the 2025 National Alliance for Care at Home Annual Meeting & Exposition. Specific session dates and times will be sent in a couple of weeks, so please maintain flexibility to present during the conference period of Monday, November 3 through Tuesday, November 4.
To support a smooth and successful experience, we’ve created the Faculty Service Center (FSC)—your go-to hub for important information, required tasks, and helpful resources related to your role. We hope you’ll find the FSC intuitive, convenient, and easy to navigate as you prepare for the event. Thank you again for your time, expertise, and commitment to advancing care at home.

National Alliance for Care at Home | Meeting Community Needs
Meeting Community Needs is an Alliance initiative, led by the Education Work Group and Conference Planning Group, that partners with host cities and local members to create meaningful impact based on local needs and priorities. Our goal is to highlight how care at home providers and industry partners can do well by doing good—making a difference in the communities where we gather.
2025 Annual Meeting & Expo: Partnering with Louisiana-Mississippi Hospice and Palliative Care Organization
For the 2025 Annual Meeting & Expo, we are proud to partner with the Louisiana-Mississippi Hospice and Palliative Care Organization to support their Prison Support Project, which advances compassionate end-of-life care within correctional facilities.
Together, we will:
- Lead an Educational Session with the Louisiana-Mississippi Hospice and Palliative Care Organization: Lessons Learned: 28 Years Working with Corrections (Tuesday, November 4 | 10:15 a.m.).
- Host a Sock Drive encouraging all attendees to bring new socks. Donations will be distributed across the eight prisons currently served by the program, providing comfort to those in need.
How You Can Help
- Please bring a pack or pair of new, plain socks to the Annual Meeting. Drop-off bins will be available at Conference Registration in the Convention Center.
A small gesture—like a pair of socks—can make a big difference. Join us in supporting this important community initiative.
