Review Steps
  • When ready to begin reviewing, select the “Proposal Title” below.
  • Read the proposal.
  • Below the proposal, you will see the rating criteria. Choose the score you feel is most applicable based on the criteria.
  • In the Comments field, note any overlap or synergies with other proposals you have reviewed.
  • Once you have scored all criteria, select "Submit" at the bottom of the proposal page.
  • The page will reload and the proposal status will change to "Reviewed".
  • Review Deadline: April 10, 2025 at 11:59 pm ET

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing to TheAlliance_Chicago@Maritz.com. Refunds or credits will be processed within 15 business days after the event. 

  • Full Refund (minus $50 admin fee): March 24, 2025 - April 28, 2025
  • 50% Refund: April 29, 2025 - June 27, 2025
  • No Refund starting June 28, 2025


SUBSTITUTION POLICY

Attendees are able to substitute names at any time prior to printing a badge onsite. Requests must be submitted to customer service.
