Read the proposal.
Below the proposal, you will see the rating criteria. Choose the score you feel is most applicable based on the criteria.
In the Comments field, note any overlap or synergies with other proposals you have reviewed.
Once you have scored all criteria, select "Submit" at the bottom of the proposal page.
The page will reload and the proposal status will change to "Reviewed".
